Watch: Adorable Animated Short ‘Crush’ About Cable Cars in Love by Alex Billington February 18, 2022 Source: Vimeo This might just be the sweetest short film you’ll see all year. Crush is an adorable 3-minute animated short made by a French animation collective called MegaComputeur (from their site: “We love telling stories and bringing characters to life… Especially dumb characters.”) and it’s a must watch . It was commissioned by the French Alps ski resort Val Thorens and it’s a delightful short about two cable cars in love. This one is described in reviews as a “highly original take on the anxieties of being a parent, a tale in which nature plus nurture yields a nightmare.” The film stars Noomi Rapace (who is actually Swedish but she moved to Iceland as a child where she spent some time growing up), Björn Hlynur Haraldsson , and Hilmir Snær Guðnason . This looks like it starts out as an intriguing story about connecting with a little lamb...
